Profile Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant you are the point of contact for our customers. You mainly will answer incoming calls over the phone and the chatbox. With your listening ear you know how to detect immediately the customer's needs and while giving the right information or  looking for a suitable solution together with the customer.

You are an enthusiastic, social, communicative and stress-resistant team player!

You have a thorough knowledge of the verbal and written Dutch. Additional knowledge of the English language is a plus.

Working Conditions

Your salary package consists of an attractive gross salary (it is important to know that Bulgaria has only a 10% income tax and you will conduct a high net amount). A growth surely belongs to the possibilities.

As Dutch or Belgian employee you will be accompanied by our expat department at your arrival in Bulgaria. We will meet you at the airport, help you find a suitable home (the first 2 days a hotel accommodation will be offered) and we arrange for you all the local administration.

Bulgaria belongs to the European Union, you do not need to have an international passport or visa.

Als klantendienstmedewerker ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je beantwoordt voornamelijk inkomende oproepen via de telefoon en de chatbox. Met jouw luisterend oor weet je onmiddellijk de noden van jouw klant te detecteren en verleen je de juiste informatie, of zoek je samen naar een geschikte oplossing.

Je bent een enthousiaste, sociale, communicatieve en stressbestendige teamplayer !

Je hebt bovendien een grondige verbale en geschreven kennis van het Nederlands. Bijkomende kennis van de Engelse  taal is  een pluspunt. Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Jouw loonpakket bestaat uit een aantrekkelijk bruto salaris (belangrijk om weten is dat Bulgarije slechts een inkomensbelasting heeft van 10% en je dus een hoog netto bedrag overhoudt).Een doorgroei behoort zeker tot de mogelijkheden.

Als Nederlandse of Belgische medewerker word je van bij jouw aankomst in Bulgarije begeleid door onze expatafdeling. Wij verzorgen jouw onthaal aan de luchthaven, helpen je bij het vinden van een geschikte woning (de eerste 2 dagen wordt een hotel accomodatie aangeboden) en regelen we voor jou alle locale administratie.

Bulgarije behoort tot de Europese Unie, je hoeft dus geen visum of internationale reispas te hebben.
