Profile Customer Service Assistant
As a Customer Service Assistant you are the point of contact for our
customers. You mainly will answer incoming calls over the phone and the chatbox.
With your listening ear you know how to detect immediately the customer's needs
and while giving the right information or
looking for a suitable solution together with the customer.
You are an enthusiastic, social, communicative and stress-resistant team
player!
You have a thorough knowledge of the verbal and written Dutch.
Additional knowledge of the English language is a plus.
Working Conditions
Your salary package consists of an attractive gross salary (it is
important to know that Bulgaria has only a 10% income tax and you will conduct
a high net amount). A growth surely belongs to the possibilities.
As Dutch or Belgian employee you will be accompanied by our expat
department at your arrival in Bulgaria. We will meet you at the airport, help
you find a suitable home (the first 2 days a hotel accommodation will be offered)
and we arrange for you all the local administration.
Bulgaria belongs to the European Union, you do not need to have an international
passport or visa.
