Payment
and Delivery
All
items are shipped to the delivery address that is specified by the customer and
according to the terms indicated in the purchase email. We use standard
delivery services. In case of delays we could not take any responsibility for
the work of the different postal services. The dispatching is processed only
when we receive a cleared payment.
Every
order made in the weekends or on public holidays will be processed in the next
working day. We don't take responsibility for any delays, because of public
holidays or other events.
Orders
for Belgium are delivered within 5 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and
holidays) as most of the items are custom made and not delivered from stock.
Orders
for The Netherlands and Luxembourg are delivered within 5 to 15 working days
(excluding weekends and holidays) as most of the items are custom made and not
delivered from stock.

conditions.
The
stated delivery times are only an indication and therefore in no way binding.
No single delay in delivery will be a reason for cancelling the sale or payment
of damages in favor of the buyer, unless in case of deliberate delay.
Unless
otherwise noted, transport and delivery of the goods to the Buyer are not
included in the prices. The cost of transport and delivery are listed
separately.

do not have the ability to use PayPal, there is also a way to pay your order by
bank transfer in advance. After you have placed your order, you can transfer
the total amount of your purchase order to our bank account. After your order
you will receive an e-mail from us with our account data. From the moment we
have received your payment, your order is sent.
