1. Use Familiar Websites

Start at a trusted site rather than shopping with a search engine. Search results can be rigged to lead you astray, especially when you drift past the first few pages of links. Don't wait for your bill to come at the end of the month. Go online regularly during the holiday season and look at electronic statements for your credit card, debit card, and checking accounts. 6. Use Strong Passwords

We like to beat this dead horse about making sure to utilize uncrackable passwords, but it's never more important than when banking and shopping online. Our tips for creating a unique password can come in handy during a time of year when shopping around probably means creating new accounts on all sorts of e-commerce sites.

7. Think Mobile

The National Retail Federation says that 5.7 percent of adults will use their mobile devices to do comparison shopping before making a purchase. (And 32.1 percent will comparison shop online with a computer, as well.) There's no real need to be any more nervous about shopping on a mobile device than online. 10. Count the Cards

Once again, McAfee has compiled a Twelve Scams of Christmas list, all things to be aware of while shopping. The "coupon scam" offers of a free product with purchase, in particular an iPad (a very coveted gadget at any holiday) or even holiday job offers. Many of these "offers" will come in via social media. Beware even of your friends, who might innocently forward such a thing. Be very wary even if you get a message from friend claiming he or she has been robbed, especially a friend overseas looking for money to be wire transferred, unless you absolutely can confirm it by talking to him or her personally. Skepticism in most cases can go a long way toward saving you from a stolen card number.

All items are shipped to the delivery address that is specified by the customer and according to the terms indicated in the purchase email. We use standard delivery services. In case of delays we could not take any responsibility for the work of the different postal services. The dispatching is processed only when we receive a cleared payment.                                                                                                                                                                                                    Every order made in the weekends or on public holidays will be processed in the next working day. We don't take responsibility for any delays, because of public holidays or other events.

Orders for Belgium are delivered within 5 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) as most of the items are custom made and not delivered from stock.

Art. 1: General conditions

The online webshop http://www.vitrinafashion.eu/(hereinafter "site") is a sales site for e-commerce that is accessible over the internet, and open to all users of this network (hereinafter referred to as "Internet users"). The site was laid out by the company B2Bulgaria OOD (hereinafter referred to as "B2Bulgaria"), with address A. Stamboliiski Blvd. 51/4 at 1301 Sofia / Bulgaria – VAT nr. BG BG202263070.

Art. 2: Acceptance

Any person who orders an article offered for sale on the website, shall be deemed to have read through the following contractual terms and conditions and expressly agree to. This acceptance is not subject to a handwritten signature of the user (law 09.07.2001).

Any user who aims to do purchases on the site, confirms his/her legal capacity to do so. Any person who, pursuant to the provisions of Article 1123 and following of the civil code, is declared incapable, may be user of the site, on the understanding that under no circumstances, he/she is allowed to perform purchases on the site and accordingly, to obtain the status of buyer. In that case, the legal representative of the incapable declared person is liable for the consultation of the site and the services available.

Finally, it is expressly provided that the user may save or print the following contractual terms and conditions, stipulate that these conditions are not changed.

Necessary conditions for making an order:

1. You have to own a valid e-mail address
2. You are a private person and purchase is only for your own consumer use
3. You have to complete the registration form, adding your delivery address

Purchasing of any item become as clicking on the button “confirm order”. After completing the buying process, an e-mail will be send to you. 

On every product’s page there are some data like: price, size, size table and additional information in order to make a correct choice. All the prices in our website are in EURO with VAT (Belgian VAT rate) included in the price. The prices are final but without delivery costs. They will additionally be charged after the final confirmation of the order. Before sending the order, the total amount of the purchase including the transport costs will be communicated to the customer.

B2Bulgaria has the right to change the sales prices at any moment. Although customers will have to pay the sales price stated at the time the order is placed and which consequently is mentioned in the confirmation email.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following receipt of your goods. You must inform the online shop Vitrina Fashion in writing of your wish to cancel your order within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the date of receipt and must take reasonable care of the products and not use them. You can inform us by contacting us by email. You should return the item(s) to us in their unworn, unwashed and with original tags. If you return products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.We strongly recommend that you send the parcel by recorded delivery mail and keep a copy of the recorded delivery number just in case your parcel goes missing. B2Bulgaria is not responsible for items lost by recorded delivery mail in the returns process. After receiving the returned item from you in 7 (seven) calendar days we will be responsible for a full refund, as we do not cover the costs for the return.

Art. 6: Warranty

(Legal warranty only for consumers)                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Under the Act of September 21st, 2004 of the customers ‘protection regarding sales of consumer goods, the customer has legal rights.

Each article is subject to the legal guarantee for hidden defects and non-conforming delivery from the date of purchase by (or delivery to) the first owner . It is assumed that the customer checks the goods immediately after receipt.

During this period B2Bulgaria commits to replace or to repair the article (or spare parts of it) free of charge. B2Bulgaria has the right to exchange the article if repairs and/or administration costs are out of proportion, or if repair is impossible.

Any commercial guarantee leaves these rights without prejudice. To appeal to the warranty, the customer must be able to present the proof of purchase. Any defect shall be reported within 1 month (30 calendar days) after its detection. Afterwards, any right to repair or replacement will be voided.

The (commercial and/or legal) guarantee never applies to defects that arise as a result of falls, accidents, neglect, abnormal or incorrect use, wear, use of the article contrary to purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the operating instructions or owner's manual, adjustments or changes to the article, heavy handed use, poor maintenance, abnormal or incorrect use.

Moreover, it does not apply to articles with a shorter life span, or wear items. Defects that manifest themselves after a period of 6 months from the date of purchase or, if applicable, date of delivery, shall be deemed to be no hidden defects, unless the customer can prove to the contrary.

If the customer wants to receive a refund for an item, this amount will never exceed the purchase price of the item.

The warranty is non-transferable.

Art. 7: Complaints

Any visible damage and/or qualitative deficiency in an article or other deficiency in the delivery, must be reported immediately, under penalty of loss of any right.
